The GRAND STYLES exhibition unfolds through the exploration of an enfilade apartment located in the Saint Germain des Prés square. The Hôtel de l’Industrie, a prestigious and emblematic setting in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, will provide a unique backdrop for the exhibition envisioned by Olivier CHETAIL and Armel SOYER.
They offer you an eclectic dialogue that transcends the dichotomous representations of the past and present, reconciling late 17th/ early 18thcentury French decorative arts with contemporary design presented by Galerie Armel SOYER. It is not about choosing between the modern and the old, but daring to mix styles, shapes, colors, and materials boldly while incorporating encounters with other cultures.
This is an opportunity for the gallery to present new pieces created especially for the exhibition by its emerging and established talents. The ensemble design and the selection of antique furniture will be carried out under the guidance of the talented Olivier CHETAIL.
GRANDS STYLES proposes a journey through time and styles, aiming to reinvent history and escape uniformity.
