In perpetual movement, after five years in the center of Megève, Armel Soyer succumbs to the lure of the port of St Tropez.
The new seasonal space opened behind Place des Lices at 14 rue Joseph Quaranta in 2021. More than ever at the crossroads of art and craft, Galerie Armel Soyer is dedicated to presenting art in the form of objects, furniture and light fixtures infused with poetry.
The beauty of Mediterranean landscapes was highlighted more than ever this summer 2023 in the Tropezian gallery. The "MEDITERRANEUM" exhibition opens up new perspectives on the gallery's editorial line by introducing four artists who each draw their inspiration from the imaginary horizon of Mediterranean landscapes: Patrick Fossey, sculptor; Jean Grisoni, multidisciplinary visual artist, Marie-Isabelle Poirier Troyano, textile designer and Carles & Demarquet, wood makers.
Antique bronze, landscapes in relief, natural fibers, hammered materials, sand, hemp and gouged wood... The natural poetry of this sea in the middle of the land presented in all its strength.
